    ARDiSS discount for public transportation is now available.

    ...read more

    To get your discount, log-in (or, if you are a first year student, register) in this webpage. Then choose "RICHIEDI ARDiSS" and fill it with the informations required. After you hit "Invia richiesta" you should receive a confirmation email. The whole process should take no more than three working days.

    For those of you who asked the reimbursement for COVID-19 offered by TPL-FVG:

    1. the reimbursement is not compatible with the on-line shopping: so you have to choose the 5% discount for the on-line shopping or to use the COVID-19 reimbursement;
    2. the ARDiSS discount is compatible with COVID-19 reimbursement. However we don't know yet if it is possible to buy the new ticket in any "tabaccheria" or if you need to go to TPL-FVG (former TT) main branch in Via dei Lavoratori 2. As soon as we know something we will let you know;

    For those who were enrolled in their fourth year during academic year 2019/2020 and asked for an extension of their fellowship: you can still access ARDiSS discounts on canteen and bus transport until the end of the extension of your fellowship WITHOUT paying any ARDiSS tax.

    TPL FVG is partially refunding last year bus tickets

    ...read more

    • Tickets that can be refunded: monthly and annual tickets bought before March 10 2020
    • Deadline: you can ask to be reimbursed until November 30, 2020
    • How refund works: TPL FVG will emit a non-transferrable voucher that can be used until December 31, 2020 to buy another ticket

    To ask for the reimbursement, go to the this webpage and log-in using your old Trieste Trasporti credentials.

    Here follows some tips for the filling.

    NOTE: we reps remember/inform you that if there are some informations that does not corresponds to the truth on this autocertificazione, you are criminally responsible for those; therefore double check all the informations you had wrote before sending them!

    On the line in the middle of the page, select "AUTOCERTIFICAZIONI", then "NUOVA RICHIESTA VOUCHER COVID19" and finally "INIZIA LA COMPILAZIONE DEL MODULO DI AUTOCERTIFICAZIONE". Fill in the form.

    Note: on the line in which you are asked to insert your phone number, there are two buttons on the right that could modify the number; so be careful!

    Now under "Autocertificazione richiesta rimborso Covid19 - AVENTE DIRITTO" select "Studente pendolare (indicare dati istituto scolastico)" and fill in the spaces with the details for SISSA. Then hit "Prosegui" twice.

    Under "DI ESSERE IN POSSESSO DEL SEGUENTE TITOLO DI VIAGGIO NOMINATIVO SERIALE NUMERO" write your ticket serial number; it is the number appearing nearby the price of the ticket and ending by "/19" if annual ticket or "/20" in case of a monthly one.

    Under "EMESSO IN DATA", writhe the date appearing next to the serial number.

    Then hit "PROSEGUI" and then "GENERA AUTOCERTIFICAZIONE".

    Now, at the end of the page you can find the "STAMPA PDF" button. Do it, then print the document and sign it. After that attach in the following order the documents:

    • a scan of your identity card
    • a scan of your signed autocertificazione
    • a scan of the ticket(s) you are asking reimbursement for.

    More help in filling the form can be found at this link (in Italian).
