GENERAL INFORMATION
Summer is coming and with it also the most expected event of the year. We are sure you were waiting for it… The SISSA Summer Party 2019!!
Get off your daily clothes and prepare yourself for a unique and sparkling night at SISSA. We will enjoy the live music, open air disco as well as open bar.
Girls prepare your high heels, guys show off your shirts: the suggested dress code is cocktail attire.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The party is FREE for all the SISSA people (PhD students, postdocs, faculty, administrative staff, fellowship holders), upon compulsory registration in due time.
You can bring a guest, but since the total amount of people we can host is limited, the earlier you register the better it is.
The participants to workshops, schools and conferences held in SISSA on the day of the party can register, too, upon agreement between the organizers and the School representatives. If you are interested in have a good time with your colleagues from other institution, please contact the Students' representatives as soon as possible.
The registration fee for external guests costs 10 EUR. Moreover, each of the guests must read and sign the letter of waiver (aka liberatoria) in order to be let into the campus.
You can register online submitting the form. If you are not going to bring a guest, just save the confirmation email you will get and show in your best outfit the night of the party.
If you have registered a guest, or feel more confident with the good old human contact, you will find the registration desk in the Cafeteria opening hours from July, 5th to July, 5th.
There you will be able to pay for your guest and submit the signed letter of waiver.
We are not accepting guests who did not complete the registration (namely, who did not pay and sign the letter) by July 5th. Moreover, we cannot guarantee even to SISSA people that they will be able to attend the party if not registered in due time.
